- Will the future placement or use of public transport in or around the
proposed WestConnex tollway incur or result in any penalty or payment being
made to any commercial operators by the Government or its entities?
- If yes, what is the projected penalty or payment?
- If not, why not?
- Given that Government agencies must provide information concerning any
findings of dishonest, unfair, unconscionable, corrupt or illegal conduct
against any tenderer, its directors or management to the NSW Procurement
Board:
- Did RMS or SMC report on any such conduct by Leighton Holdings or CIMIC
since this reporting was made mandatory from 31 March 2014?
- If not, why not?
- What steps will the Minister take regarding the WestConnex Leighton (CIMIC)
contracts if the AFP and⁄or ASIC find this company guilty of serious breaches
of disclosure, bribery and other corrupt or illegal conduct?

in the WestConnex Project Deeds.
(2) and (3) There have been no relevant findings against Leighton Holdings
or CIMIC. |
