Answer -
  1. The NSW Environment Protection Authority issued 247 penalty notices in 2013, 89 penalty notices in 2014 and 31 penalty notices up to 29 October 2015.
  2. The total financial value of fines from the issue of the penalty notices by the NSW Environment Protection Authority equalled $494,000 in 2013, $178,000 in 2014 and $62,000 up to 29 October 2015.
  3. The NSW Environment Protection Authority has been advised by the State Debt Recovery Office that the total financial value of fines paid equalled $389,953 in 2013, $114,004 in 2014 and $39,535 up to 29 October 2015.
