- Considering the recent announcement that Toronto will get a new Service NSW
service centre, in addition to the existing service centre which is within a 17
minute drive of Toronto, will the Government open a Service NSW service centre
closer to the Macquarie Fields electorate, considering it can take 30 to 40
minutes by car or more than an hour by public transport to get to the nearest
Service NSW centres at Gregory Hills or Liverpool?
- If not, why not?

The Macarthur Service Centre at Gregory Hills was chosen to meet high levels
of customer demand now and well into the future. It delivers a one-stop shop
for residents and businesses from nearby established areas and new growth areas
in the Macarthur region. Since opening in November 2015, the Macarthur Service
Centre has served around 650,000 customers with average wait times of around
six minutes and customer satisfaction is tracking at an impressive 97 per cent.
Over time, the Service NSW network will continue to evolve and change in
response to customer demand. At this time, there are no plans for additional
services in the Macquarie Fields area.
