That this House:
(1) Notes that many tobacconist and American lolly shops are selling cheap, illicit tobacco and illegal vapes.
(2) Notes that communities do not want the proliferation of these shops in our suburbs and high streets, often near schools.
(3) Urges the Government to establish an interagency Taskforce including NSW Fair Trading and NSW Police.
(4) Urges the Government to amend planning laws to require a Development Application for these shops.
