That this House:
(1) Notes that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the housing affordability crisis in New South Wales has escalated, particularly for renters.
(2) Condemns the lack of action taken by the Government to commit to large-scale investment in public, social and affordable housing.
(3) Calls on the Government to act now to strengthen renters' rights, end homelessness and deliver affordable housing across the state.
