Answer -

(1) Civil engineering, social and affordable housing design work is currently being progressed so development applications can be submitted to City of Sydney Council.

(2) The stage 1 concept development application was approved in December 2011. Development applications for civil works, social and affordable buildings are anticipated to be lodged in late 2012.

(3) The estimated construction cost (including consultants) of civil works including demolition, site remediation, subdivision works, roads, drainage and service utilities and the construction of social dwellings and affordable dwellings is estimated by Davis Langdon quantity surveyors and City West Housing to be $88 million including GST. There is no updated figure on the private dwellings.

(4) Completion is anticipated by late 2015.
