That this House:
(1) Notes the tragic and fatal accident at Frederick and John streets, Ashfield on 13 March 2022 and conveys heartfelt condolences to the loved ones of the pedestrian who lost their life.
(2) Acknowledges the many calls from residents over many years for safety improvements at the intersection.
(3) Calls on the Minister for Metropolitan Roads to urgently investigate safety improvements for Frederick Street and to come and see first-hand just how dangerous this intersection and all of Frederick Street really is.
