S.O.161 Amendments - not considered


161. Amendments shall not be considered if:

    (1) Inconsistent with a previous decision on the question.

    (2) A later part has been amended.

    (3) A question has been proposed on an amendment to a later part unless the proposed amendment has been withdrawn by leave of the House.

    (4) It is to words already resolved should stand part of the question or which have been inserted or added, unless it is an addition to those words.

The Parliament of New South Wales acknowledges and respects the traditional lands of all Aboriginal people, and pays respects to all Elders past and present. We acknowledge the Gadigal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which the Parliament of New South Wales stands.
