S.O.209 Bills - consideration in detail - order of consideration


209. Clauses, schedules and amendments shall be considered in detail in the following order:

    (1) Clauses/schedules as printed together with proposed new clauses/schedules, in their numerical order.
    (2) Postponed clauses/schedules in their numerical order.
    (3) Preamble (if any).
    (4) Long title (if any).

The Parliament of New South Wales acknowledges and respects the traditional lands of all Aboriginal people, and pays respects to all Elders past and present. We acknowledge the Gadigal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which the Parliament of New South Wales stands.
