S.O.65 Manner and right of speech - Member briefly heard in explanation


65. A Member, having concluded a speech, may be briefly heard again to explain a material part of their speech which has been misquoted or misunderstood but cannot:
      1. Interrupt another Member who is speaking.
      2. Introduce any new matter.
      3. Debate the matter.
      4. Be heard after the determination of the question before the Chair.
