This Select Committee was established on 21 October 2020 to inquire into and report on the provisions of the Public Health Amendment (Registered Nurses in Nursing Homes) Bill 2020

 

Submissions

Individuals are invited to submit their comments on the terms of reference here. This is a way for individuals to participate in inquiries and it means we will no longer accept proformas.

 

Please note submissions about individual experiences will inform our thinking about the bill. However, this inquiry will not be conducting investigations or reviews of individual cases. Specific concerns about individual experiences can be raised with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
