Standing Orders suspended' resolution rescinding reference to Select Committee and adjournment of debate on proposed new personnel, and to restore the Bill to the business-paper, and to permit it to pass through all remaining stages at one sitting, moved; Points of Order on relevancy of debate - resolution carried 47-40 20/12/1932.
