A new exhibition exploring the stories, objects and spaces that supported parliamentary life over the past two centuries is coming to the Parliament of NSW from 1 – 31 July.

Opening in July 2026, the Parli​​​​mento Exhibition will draw on the Parliamentary Heritage, Collections and Archives to share how Australia’s oldest Parliament has worked and evolved over time. Through carefully preserved objects, and archival records that intersect cultural heritage, dining and recreation, the exhibition will offer insights into Parliament as a working institution​

The exhibition is complemented by digital access through the Parlimento website, an evolving public resource that makes selected collection and archival material available online. Learn more and explore stories from the collection online.​
