This exhibition, presented by Consulate General of the Czech Republic, celebrates Lasvit, the renowned Bohemian design house that merges a thousand years of glassmaking tradition with bold, forward-thinking artistry. Known worldwide for its luminous glass and lighting creations, Lasvit transforms natural elements into breathtaking site-specific installations, architectural glass, and collectible design pieces. Rooted in the historic craft of Northern Bohemia yet constantly reimagining its possibilities, Lasvit honours centuries of glassmaking heritage while pushing the boundaries of contemporary art and design.
Lasvit is being hosted at NSW Parliament by the Hon Ben Fraklin, President of the Legislative Council.
How to see the exhibition
Visit the free exhibition at NSW Parliament House on weekdays, 9am to 5pm from 30 September-30 October 2025. Access is to the left of the building via the security gatehouse.
