Saving versus Viewing Downloads.

Your browser may, by default, open your download files for screen viewing as soon as you click on a download link.

You can force your browser to save files to the Download Area of your PC, by right-clicking on the appropriate download link.
If using Internet Explorer choose "Save Target As".
If using Chrome choose "Save Link As".

Viewing PDF Documents.

To view PDF files you require Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or later.

Some users have reported that downloaded PDF's appear blacked out when they are opened. If you experience this problem, the most likely cause is that you are using an earlier version of the Acrobat Reader - you must use version 4.0 or later.

If you do not already have Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or later, download the latest Acrobat Reader for free.
