Furthermore, it offers a comparative analysis of the overall aim, timing, factors for consideration, electoral divisions, and the objective of the distribution process of State and Territory jurisdictions. It also examines the changes to the size of the Lower Houses within Australian Parliaments and provides arguments for and against electoral weightings or zones, and increasing the number of MP's.
