The Bare Pit: The Power of Changing Your Mind


Register now to attend our free lunchtime panel session ‘The Bare Pit: The Power of Changing Your Mind’ at 1pm Tuesday 15 June. This event, a pun on the traditional ‘Bear Pit’, is a unique collaboration between the NSW Parliament and The Ethics Centre.

Join us to find out what enables or inhibits our political leaders from changing their minds. What are the ethical dimensions when it’s all ‘laid bare’?

The panel will feature: 

  • The Hon. Victor Dominello MP, Member for Ryde and NSW Minister for Customer Service and NSW Minister for Digital
  • Mr David Shoebridge, The Greens MLC
  • The Hon. Carmel Tebbutt, CEO of NSW Mental Health Co-ordinating Council and the former Deputy Premier of NSW
  • John Brogden AM, Chief Executive of Landcom and former NSW Leader of the Opposition   
  • Danielle Wood, CEO of Grattan Institute
  • Antoinette Lattouf, Director of Media Diversity Australia and Senior Journalist at Network 10.
