Exhibition: UNSEEN Women

Exhibition: UNSEEN Women

Unseen.png

From 5–28 August 2025, the historic Fountain Court at NSW Parliament will host a powerful exhibition by the UNSEEN Women’s Artist Group, presented by MUTTI – the Museum of Understanding Through Tolerance and Inclusion. Featuring artworks by 30 women with lived experience of homelessness across New South Wales, the exhibition offers moving insights into the often-invisible realities of housing insecurity.

Created through MUTTI’s mobile UNSEEN Arts Hub, a co-designed travelling studio, each work transforms personal trauma into public testimony. These women reclaim their narratives, challenge stigma, and invite audiences and policymakers alike to see homelessness through a more compassionate, informed lens.

UNSEEN Women is being hosted at NSW Parliament by Mr Alex Greenwich, Member for Sydney.

How to see the exhibition

Visit the free exhibition at NSW Parliament House on weekdays, 9am to 5pm from 5-28 August 2025. Access is to the left of the building via the security gatehouse.
