Welcome to our new site
We’re delighted to welcome you to our newly redesigned website. As part of this update, the website's search capabilities and navigation have been updated, making it easier than ever to find exactly what you’re after. Accessibility and responsiveness have been improved, so you can enjoy seamless browsing, whether you’re accessing our website on your computer, tablet, or phone. We’ll continue to roll out updates and improvements over time.
New navigation
Our main menu now consists of the following landing pages: Members & Electorates, Parliamentary Business, About Parliament, Get Involved, and Visit Parliament. You can click on each of these in the menu navigation to show their submenu. Click on the text in the menu to navigate to a landing page.

Sitting calendar
To access the sitting calendar, click on 'Today in Parliament' in the top left corner of the website menu. This is accessible from every page of our new website, on both desktop and mobile. On a sitting day, quickly access the relevant Running Record by clicking ‘LA Sitting day’ or ‘LC Sitting day’. During a committee hearing, quickly access the hearing schedule by clicking on the committee's name.

Parliamentary Business
Links to bills, committees, petitions, Hansard and House papers, research, and the Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council pages are located in the Parliamentary Business menu. Additional parliamentary information, such as returns to orders, disallowable instruments, and procedural publications can be found within the Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council pages.

Search to find what you need
We’ve improved search on our website to help you find information more easily. If you can’t find what you need in the menu, use search instead. These tips will help you use keywords and filters to get even better results.
Clear old browser data
If pages do not look right, clear your browser cache and cookies to load the latest version of the website. This may sign you out of some websites and remove saved settings. To do this, open your browser settings and look for options such as clear browsing data, privacy, or history. You can usually find browser settings beside the address bar.
Frequently asked questions
Does the website still have the same information and resources?
Yes. The same parliamentary information and services are still available, including sitting day records, inquiries, petitions, questions and answers, bills, house papers and member contact details. Some pages, links and navigation may look different or be in a new location, but the same information is still there.
Can people still watch hearings and webcasts?
Yes. Information about hearings is still available on the relevant committee pages, with livestream webcasts also still available for all hearings and parliamentary sittings. You can access live webcasts from the main navigation bar.
Can people still find Hansard, Bills, tabled papers and house papers?
Yes. Hansard, bills, tabled papers and house papers are available from within the Parliamentary Business menu.
Can people still sign or create petitions?
Yes. Information about petitions is still available, including how to sign a petition or create a new one where applicable. This can be accessed from either the Parliamentary Business menu or Get Involved menu.
