Statement by the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly

All Members of the Legislative Assembly are, by resolution of the House, able to attend Parliament if they are either (a) fully vaccinated, or (b) have a valid medical exemption for not being fully vaccinated.

I am empowered by the House to enforce these rules, and an audit of compliance was conducted late last year. I am advised and understand that all Members of the Legislative Assembly have complied with these rules.
