Married Mary Grant in Hartley c.1838 and had issue, 2 daughters and 4 sons. Church of England.
Qualifications, occupations and interests
Pastoralist. Arrived in New South Wales c.1832. In 1859 held Bumbaldry of 47,000 acres and Mallyan of 22,400 acres, both in Lachlan district. By 1866 had added two more runs; described as a squatter at death.
