Notes: Rydon, Span and Nelson, 1910 chronicle, references in footnote 57, states that the Liberal and Reform Association expressed satisfaction with the nomination of Patten as a candidate by the Farmers and Settlers Association, and chose not to select its own candidate. Patten was the President of the Farmers and Settlers Association.
