Notes: Death of James Fletcher. Party affiliations for Bennett and Grahame are based on future electoral contests, as neither spent much time addressing fiscal issues in their husting speeches. The proceedings were entirely dominated by debate on industrial matters. Fegan cleary identified himself as the chosen candidate of the Politcal Labor League, making him the first offical Labor Party candidate.
