Notes: With the redistribution, Labor MP Pam Allan chose to follow the majority of her constituents into the re-created seat of Wentworthville. Pre-selection for Blacktown was delayed while Labor resolved a number of problems caused by the cut in seat numbers. In the end, Londonderry MP Paul Gibson moved to contest Blacktown, having been unable to nominate for his own seat of Londonderry while he awaited the findings of an ICAC inquiry.
