Notes: It is clearly stated in the Northern Star that O'Halloran was an Independent Labor candidate, involved in the local Labor branches but not nominated with the support of the Labor Party's central organs, and he was not listed as a Labor candidate in The Worker. It is not clear if Michael Conlan O'Halloran is the same candidate that contested central west seats in the 1890s.
