Notes: Dibbs was a sitting MP for Murrumbidgee. Walsh is listed as a Labor candidate in Hughes and Graham (1975) but is missing from the SMH list of selected candidates (16 July). He is listed in the Worker as a Labor candidates until 30 June, a modified pledge Labor candidate in the Brisbane Worker 7 July, but the Australian Workman clearly labels him as Independent Labor, the affiliation adopted here.
