House Papers

House Papers

House Papers are the documents produced by the Table Office to keep members and the public updated on what is happening (and what has happened) in the Legislative Assembly. On this page you can access all of the relevant papers associated with a particular date, please note sitting days are identified in bold.

The Statutory Instruments paper is published every sitting day Tuesday and on the first Tuesday of each month when not sitting. It contains the details of current disallowable statutory rules and instruments before the Legislative Assembly, including the last date a notice of motion to disallow a rule or instrument can be given.

A joint Disallowable instruments page is also available to search disallowable instruments tabled in both the Legislative Assembly and the Legislative Council since May 2023. It includes the current status of each rule or instrument, and the final date a notice of motion to disallow is able to be given in each House.
