(1) What is the depth of sub-surface land acquisition for the WestConnex M4-M5 Link tunnels at 39‑57 Crown Street, St Peters?

(2) Will the acquisition of sub-surface land at that property include footings, foundations, or any other structural features of those properties?

(a) If so, what will be acquired at those properties?

(b) If not, what is the distance between the foundations of those properties and the sub-surface land to be acquired?

I am advised:

Transport for NSW, WestConnex and the M4-M5 Link Tunnels contractor are continuing to liaise directly with the owners regarding questions specific to their property.
