During the period 1 January 2016 to 31 August 2016, on average approximately
1000 customers attended the Macarthur Service Centre each business day. Service
NSW tracks average customer wait times and during the period 1 January 2016 to
31 August 2016, the average customer wait time was approximately 5 minutes.
During peak periods and higher demand for services, customer wait times can
increase.
As at 31 August 2016, 40 staff members (32.55 FTE) were employed at
Macarthur Service Centre. In accordance with the Service NSW (Salaries and
Conditions) Employees Award 2016, all staff work a rotating roster which may
include Saturdays.

compared to the total number of transactions completed at the Macarthur Service
Centre between 1 January and 31 August 2016:
