(1) Where serious allegations have been raised with me and the Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade (DEIT) I have:
- where appropriate, referred serious allegations to the relevant authorities for consideration, including the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC)
- sought advice from Greyhound Racing NSW on its consideration and handling of the matters
- requested further advice from DEIT on options available to me to take action on the matters and next steps.
