Introduction to the Legislative Assembly

This full-day seminar provides practical information on the role and functions of the Legislative Assembly. Sessions focus on the interaction between the Executive Government and the Legislative Assembly and the implications of that process for government departments and agencies.

Presenters include members of the Legislative Assembly, the Speaker, and Senior Parliamentary Officers. The morning sessions are held in the Legislative Assembly Chamber, allowing you to sit on the floor of the Chamber where laws are made.​​

Cost: $395.00 per person. This includes a resource pack, morning and afternoon tea, and a sit-down lunch​.​​

Seminar dates:

Cancellation policy: If you are no longer able to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague or transfer to another seminar date up until 7 days before the event. 100% of the fee will be payable for cancellations received fewer than 7 days before the event.
