Terms of reference
- That under section 14A of the Constitution Act 1902 (NSW), the Draft Constitution (Disclosures by Members) Regulation 2025 be referred to the Parliamentary Privilege and Ethics Committee for inquiry and report by 13 October 2025.
- If required, the Committee has leave of the House to confer with the Privileges Committee of the Legislative Council in order to meet the requirements of Standing Order 311.
