Inquiry into the Code of Conduct for Members, and aspects of the pecuniary interest disclosure regime for members under the Constitution (Disclosures by Members) Regulation 1983

Introduction

This inquiry is pursuant to section 72E(5) of the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act which requires that a designated committee review the code of conduct adopted by the Legislative Assembly at least once every 4 years. The Committee resolved to undertake the inquiry, and so informed the House, on 20 May 2010.
