an Act to create the office of Dairy and Fresh Food Commissioner; to provide for the objectives and functions of the office, including developing policies and plans relating to dairy and fresh food production, developing mediation and arbitration processes for dairy farmers, preparing a truth-in-labelling policy for fresh food and dairy products and engaging with stakeholders to pursue the adoption of national standards for fresh milk production and sale; and for related purposes.
