Anti-Discrimination and Education Legislation Amendment (Protection of Religious and Moral Beliefs and Convictions) Bill 2017

An Act to amend the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 to provide exemptions from that Act for persons who hold religious beliefs concerning the nature of marriage and to amend the Education Act 1990 to ensure that the religious and moral convictions of parents are respected by the State in providing education to their children.
