Summary Offences Amendment (Unauthorised Public Assemblies) Bill 2025

An Act to amend the Summary Offences Act 1988 to provide that the Supreme Court and the District Court may not make an order under the Act prohibiting the holding of a public assembly, but may declare the holding of a public assembly is unauthorised.
