An Act to amend the Electricity Infrastructure Investment Act 2020 to prohibit the conduct of a competitive tender for an LTES agreement until the completion of a parliament inquiry into the operation of that Act, including in relation to local content requirements, site selection, impacts on agriculture and business and the adequacy of regional community consultation; and for related matters.
