An Act to repeal the South-west Tablelands Water Supply Act 1924, the South-west Tablelands Water Supply Administration Act 1941 and regulations under the latter Act; to provide for the transfer of the assets, rights and liabilities of the Administrator of the South-west Tablelands Water Supply; to provide for the transfer of staff to Goldenfields Water County Council; to amend the Capital Debt Charges Act 1957 consequentially; and for other purposes.
