I am advised:

(1) The Energy Accounts Payment Assistance (EAPA) scheme does not have a budget forecast as it is a parameter-driven program with customer approvals based on meeting eligibility criteria. In financial year 2020-2021, EAPA spend was 27 per cent higher compared to 2019-2020. 58,859 electricity and gas customers received over 366,000 EAPA vouchers in 2020-2021.
