1525 - COUNCILLOR DOERING OF GWYDIR SHIRE COUNCIL

That this House:

  1. Congratulates Councillor Angela Doering, first elected in 2008 and retiring in 2016, for her 8 year service on Gwydir Shire Council.

  2. Notes Councillor Doering's greatest council achievement was the formation and work achieved by the Australian Rural Roads Group.

  3. Further notes Councillor Doering is also actively involved in the North Star CWA and is a Board Member on the Border Rivers Catchment Management Authority Committee.

  4. Commends Councillor Doering on her dedication and commitment to Gwydir Shire Council.

  5. Congratulates Councillor Doering on her wonderful achievements.
