S.O.238 Bills - proceedings after consideration in detail

Proceedings after consideration in detail

238. After consideration in detail the Member in charge of the Bill may:
      1. Request the Speaker to set down the motion "That this bill be now passed" as an order of the day for a later time; or
      2. Move the motion "That this bill be now passed" forthwith.

The Parliament of New South Wales acknowledges and respects the traditional lands of all Aboriginal people, and pays respects to all Elders past and present. We acknowledge the Gadigal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which the Parliament of New South Wales stands.
