S.O.165 Amendments - form of question


165. When an amendment is moved to omit words with a view to inserting or adding others, no amendment to the words proposed to be inserted or added can be considered until the question "That the words proposed to be left out stand part of the question" is dealt with.

The Parliament of New South Wales acknowledges and respects the traditional lands of all Aboriginal people, and pays respects to all Elders past and present. We acknowledge the Gadigal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which the Parliament of New South Wales stands.
