S.O.47 Adjournment and next meeting - recall of House by Government


47. The Government, in the public interest, may in writing to the Speaker or, in the absence of the Speaker, the Deputy Speaker, request the House meet at an earlier time than set down on adjournment. If satisfied, the Speaker shall:
      1. Fix a day and time and
      2. Communicate the day and time to all Members.

The Parliament of New South Wales acknowledges and respects the traditional lands of all Aboriginal people, and pays respects to all Elders past and present. We acknowledge the Gadigal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which the Parliament of New South Wales stands.
