299. (1) At the time provided in the routine of business, the Chair of a
committee shall advise the House of any inquiries that have been referred to
the committee by a Minister or that the committee has resolved to conduct.
(2) A committee may report upon its deliberations and present its minutes,
evidence and other documents, from time to time.
