S.O.107 General Business - Times for debate

107.
      1. On General Business Days, from 11.30 a.m., the House shall consider General Business Notices of Motions or Orders of the Day (not being Bills).
      2. In each debate the following time limits shall apply:
        Mover - 10 minutes
        Member next speaking - 10 minutes
        Four Members - 5 minutes each
        Reply - 5 minutes
