S.O.79 Interruptions not allowed - exceptions


79. A Member may only interrupt another Member to:
      1. Raise a matter of privilege or contempt suddenly arising.
      2. Call attention to a point of order.
      3. Call attention to the want of a quorum.
      4. Call attention to the presence of visitors.
      5. Move a closure motion.
      6. Move "That the Member for ?. be now heard."
      7. Move "That the Member for ?. be not further heard."
