SEPARATE QUESTIONS
(adopted 5 May 2015)

That, during the current session, unless otherwise ordered, Standing Order 195 shall read as follows:

195. In respect of cognate bills, a Member may move a motion for the question to be put on the second or third reading of cognate bills as separate questions.

The Parliament of New South Wales acknowledges and respects the traditional lands of all Aboriginal people, and pays respects to all Elders past and present. We acknowledge the Gadigal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which the Parliament of New South Wales stands.
