POSTPONEMENT OR WITHDRAWAL OF NOTICES OF MOTIONS

That, during the current session, unless otherwise ordered, Standing Order 141
shall read as follows:
141.
(1) A notice of motion shall be postponed or withdrawn at the direction of the
Member who gave the notice, or by another Member with the written authority of
that Member, during the placing or disposal of business or when called on.
(2) On any day when General Business is being considered by the House the
Speaker has discretion to postpone any notice of motion if the Member is absent
from the Chamber. |
