PETITIONS DEEMED TO HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED
(adopted 5 May 2015)

That, during the current session, unless otherwise ordered, Standing Order 124 shall read as follows:

124. Petitions shall be deemed to be received by the House unless a motion, moved on the next sitting day, is agreed to, without debate or amendment, that a petition be not received.

The Parliament of New South Wales acknowledges and respects the traditional lands of all Aboriginal people, and pays respects to all Elders past and present. We acknowledge the Gadigal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which the Parliament of New South Wales stands.
