General Business Orders of the Day for Bills

The Premier, or Member deputed, and the Leader of the Opposition, or Member deputed, may also speak for an unspecified period of time during the second reading debate on a Private Member's Bill.  All other Members are limited to ten minutes, with a possible five minute extension.
